LOCAL AND FAST-GROWING NGO, LADLES OF LOVE is looking for a Sponsorship Sales Manager to join our team and lead our efforts in Johannesburg, in securing funding for Mandela Day.
The candidate must be experienced on sales and Sponsorships, based in Johannesburg and ready to start in a full-time-in office-based job as soon as possible. They should have reliable transport, a well-functioning laptop and smartphone and be medically fit and well – with a passion for purposeful work.
The key deliverables will be tapping into personal relationships, CSI budgets and marketing budgets to leverage sponsorships from corporates for our Mandela Day campaign.

Your responsibilities would include:
· Working closely with the regional Chief Operating Officer of Ladles of Love Gauteng based out of Warehouse in Wynberg, Sandton. _Office-based-job.
· Reporting to Alison McCutcheon and Sarah Holloway based out of Cape Town.
· Prospecting for leads and using your network to find potential sponsors or group bookings for Mandela Day.
· Meeting with clients virtually and face-to-face sales visits.
· Demonstrating and presenting proposals for sponsorship and team building at a major event in July.
· closing deals and managing client relationships leading up to, during and post the event.
· Establishing new business contacts and nurturing relationships for and on behalf of Ladles of Love.
· sourcing products and services to be sponsored to ensure cost efficiencies of the fundraising event.
· Maintaining accurate records in Salesforce and Google Docs.
· Attending trade exhibitions, conferences and meetings.

Targets:
R365,000 worth of sponsorship, funding and or group volunteering bookings.
Reimbursement:
Basic Salary: R15,000 per month
Data: R350 per month (upfronted by Ladles of Love)
Fuel: Reimbursed based on face-to-face meetings/travel ONLY.
Entertainment: Coffee meetings allowed but lunch/dinners to be approved upfront based on value of connection/relationship to NPO. All expenses checked and reimbursed weekly.
Commission: 7.5% of net income after and only paid out after client has paid Ladles of Love in full.
